2. Service Description
- Arabic Kids Learning App is an educational app designed to teach Arabic language to children ages 3-7.
- The App provides interactive educational content including stories, games, and songs.
- The App is available for use on mobile devices and web browsers.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove any feature of the App at any time.
3. Acceptable Use
- The App must be used for educational and entertainment purposes only.
- Using the App for any illegal or harmful purpose is prohibited.
- Attempting to hack, disable, or damage the App or its servers is prohibited.
- Using the App to send harmful or inappropriate content is prohibited.
4. Children's Privacy
- We are committed to protecting children's privacy in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
- We do not collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
- Parents or guardians must monitor their children's use of the App.
- We reserve the right to delete any account found to belong to a child under 13.

- We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- These limitations do not apply in cases of gross negligence or bad faith.
8. Service Termination
- You may terminate your use of the App at any time.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations.
- After service termination, you will not have access to your account or associated data.
- Provisions of these Terms will remain in effect after service termination.
